Shipping Policy
Arrangements for posting, delivery, or collection are between the seller and buyer when the purchase has been completed. If delivery, or posting is offered, this should be stated in the product description.
Refund Policy
If a buyer needs to check or try something, it should be discussed and arranged before sale completion, subject to the sellers agreement.
If there is an offer of a refund, it is determined by the seller, not Surplus Saddlery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
